Are you looking for a new challenge?

For the Life Sciences sector (Pharma, Medtech, Biotech), we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

You will be responsible for the development of our client portfolio mainly in the French speaking part of Switzerland.

Your mission:

  • You will be responsible for the development of the business volume of our Group (customer meetings, formalisation of commercial proposals) by bringing your methodological creativity to the tailor-made projects proposed to our customers (pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech, medical device, diagnostic, vaccine and animal health players)

  • You will proactively identify and open new accounts.

  • You will be responsible for marketing offers with a complex business model (T+M, Fixed Price Projects, Offshore Outsourcing, Niche Expertise).

  • You will establish a strong local network with different levels of contacts.

  • You will work closely with the Group management.

Your Skills

Your profile

Graduate from a business school (HEC, Uni, or equivalent) or from a mechanical engineering school (EPFL, HES, or equivalent).

Technical qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in selling consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device clients.

Proven experience in selling high value-added solutions to major Life Science players in the Swiss market.

Proven experience in the research, acquisition and development of new customer accounts.

Languages: Fluent in English and French. German a plus.
